Council Bluffs Soccer Club is excited to once again host the annual Halloween Havoc soccer tournament October 24-26, 2025.

The tournament will be held at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex at 2900 Richard Downing Drive in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  This beautiful complex is conveniently located just off Interstates 80 and 29.

The tournament is open to boys and girls teams, from U7 (2019) through U14 (2012), from premier to recreational levels.

U7 (2019)/ U8 (2018): $400  –  Max roster size: 10
U9 (2017)/ U10 (2016): $625  –  Max roster size: 14
U11 (2015)/ U12 (2014): $725  –  Max roster size: 18
U13 (2013)/ U14 (2012): $800  –  Max roster size: 22 (suit 18 per game)
