TITLE GIVEN: Facility Coordinator & Front Desk Receptionist

Description: The Facility Coordinator & Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing facility reservations, coordinating events, handling communications with vendors, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for facility users, vendors, and internal departments while also overseeing scheduling, reporting, and customer service duties. This role will report directly to the Technical Director.
